When you request a quote, call our office, or send us photos for an estimate, we collect what’s needed to plan your move:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your moving date and the origin and destination addresses
- Photos or video you send us of the items being moved
- Notes about stairs, pianos, safes, or other details that affect the quote
How We Use It
We use your information to build your written quote, schedule your crew, confirm your move date, and follow up afterward to see how the job went. Our office keeps a record of past customers so we can find your file if you move with us again.
We Don’t Sell Your Information
Moving Kings does not sell, rent, or trade your contact information to third-party marketers. The only outside party who ever sees any of it is the same Moving Kings crew assigned to your job — the same truck and crew that load your home in Independence also unload it at the destination, on local and interstate moves alike, so nothing is passed to anyone else.
